Please note: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with results that are subjective, such as book sales, reader reception, or success outcomes. We do not guarantee specific sales or rankings, in compliance with Google Ads policies.

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must submit a refund request within 10 days of payment or as outlined in your service agreement.

• You must provide your order details, account information, and a clear reason for the request.

• Services must not have been fully delivered or completed according to the agreed scope.

Refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and eligibility will be confirmed based on the circumstances.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

• Some services were delivered but not completed

• Certain deliverables (e.g., manuscript editing, formatting) were already provided

• Fees have been partially incurred for work already completed

The amount of any partial refund will be calculated proportionally to the work delivered.
